The Good. Historic old building with tall ceilings and old charm. We stayed in the Innkeeper suite, smallest of the rooms; great bed, nice sitting area, well appointed, nice shower, outside patio area with table and chairs, elevated deck area with nice shade trees, tables and chairs, big common area with a kitchen, dining table and lounge with lots of books. The Bad. The sink is tiny. No microwave in the room so don't let your coffee get cold. The common area is around the other side of the Inn up two flights of stairs; don't forget your key. Climate control was problematic. AC worked fine but no heat. The tables and chairs outside the room were dirty and we had to wipe them down. The Ugly. Not a great location. Really at the far end of town . Worse, it's at the bottom of the hill. Everything is up and quite a ways at that. Located very near to the main road. Lots of car noise and lots of bikers cruising by. Sitting area has a great view of some high power cables.

The ole lady and I hadn't been alone together for 8 years now. She booked this for us and I can say I've been on a few vacation and this was phenomenal the place was right off of Main Street the lady greeted us at the bed and breakfast she was very kind cleaned our room daily and we were only a mile or two from the downtown the room itself was absolutely wonderful if you ever have a chance to go to Eureka Springs I highly recommend it if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city this is your place it is like stepping back a hundred years and time all the little shops have nice well people that work there and on them there's all sorts of stuff to do as far as fishing hiking shopping whatever you would like we will definitely go back we enjoyed every minute of it

I arrived and there was a mix up where another guest used our room unscheduled thinking it was theirs. The guests friends told us what had happened and where they put the key. The linens were used up and left dirty. I called the number and messaged through the AirBnB app. The staff was quick to remedy the situation. It was not the fault of the staff and was an honest mistake but I was left impressed with the promptness of their resolution to clean the room and replace the linens. It looks and smells wonderful. I really appreciated their swift actions. Kudos to the staff. I highly recommend staying here!!

My husband and I had the best weekend here while we were in Eureka Springs this summer. Our room was fully stocked with soaps, snacks, and complimentary wine. The Brownstone is located within a 5 minute drive of town center, which is perfect when you are wanting to just get out and explore! The best part for us was the complimentary breakfast in the morning. Most of the food was grab and go, but they also offered several homemade baked goods that were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. 10/10 would recommend!!

Busy there which wasn't surprising as the food was full of flavor and served to order to order. Got the heat level one which was a good level of spice. Recommend the green and mango curries.

We had a very early Spring Break where we are from so my teen daughter and I drove to Memphis first and then to Eureka Springs. Quick online search, I chose the Brownstone Inn, and crossed my fingers. Boy was I glad I did. Beautiful room, beautiful location, walking distance from the historic downtown area. Easy instructions on accessing room and common areas. The room had everything we needed to enjoy our two nights there. Definitely want to return with the hubby (he had to work.)
